Insulated Keller free stall barn with vented covered ridge, built in 2002. The barn (115 x 360) has 395 free stalls plus a bedded pack area (50 x 90). The barn is equipped with Houle scrapers, fans and headlocks.

Dry cows and older heifers are housed in the insulated Keller free stall barn (115 x 133) that was built in 2004. The barn has 160 stalls and has scrapers and headlocks too.

The expandable double six Herring Bone parlor (Boumatic) with rapid exit was installed in 2004. Milk is stored in two 1500 gallon bulk tanks.

A calf barn (40 x 80) built in 1999 accommodates some 70 calves from the time they come back from the wet calf grower till they are six months old.

Available for feed storage are two feed pads of 100 x 250 and 110 x 110 and five upright silo’s (2 with HM and 3 with haylage). The feed room is 45 x 45.

The manure lagoon has a capacity of approximately 4,000,000 gallon.

In addition the dairy has a work shop (78 x 60) and machine shed (45 x 100) and stationary 250 HP generator.

The five bedroom home with attached garage is comfortable and has been upgraded through the years with a modern kitchen and new siding (2005).

The dairy is listed on 160 acres for $2,795,000 but can also be purchased on 40, 80 or 120 acres. The sellers are interested to set up a feed and manure agreement with the new owners.
